As most loose cartridge retro game collectors know, the Nintendo 64 (N64) has always been the disgraceful child tucked away because of their inability to look good on a shelf. Their lack of end labels have left us aimlessly searching to find a particular game to the point of frustration! But just like an informercial to solve all your issues, SeeJayAre's latest video has the solution! Video game end labels...
Look at all those non end label games! Consider this the "Before" picture! |
There's got to be a better way.... |
1) Permanent Marker - Yes, some people have resorted to writing with permanent marker on the ends of these cartridges to help sort N64 games better, You'll mostly find these from Pawn Shops but is considered the low budget solution to this problem. We can not condone this activity at RCX! F+
"Not a bad solution! C+" |
2) Label Maker - A significant step up from the "permanent marker" solution, these do help organize games, but the end product looks rather cheap and uninspiring. These is also issues with the stickers not lasting very long and peeling off. At best, this solution receives a C+ grade in our books!
